Every few months, it seems that the sexuality of Lycos 50 favorite Clay Aiken (#10) is called into question. Clay jumped in interest this week after the National Enquirer reported that Wichita Central Christian Church was "under attack" for hosting an upcoming Christmas concert by Aiken due in part to questions surrounding his sexual orientation. The church countered that this rumor is absolutely false, and released a letter touting Clay's devout Christianity. The letter said, "Clay has always spoken openly about his Christian beliefs. He doesn't drink, smoke, swear or womanize. He won't sing about sex or use lyrics with innuendo. In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine in July 2003, Aiken clearly stated that he is not gay." As long as Clay is still not gay by Christmas, he will still be scheduled to perform.

YouTube (#6) has now become a layer on Google Earth. Users can zoom in on any location and watch videos related to that place. For example, if a user clicks on Paris, he or she may see a video of the Eiffel Tower or if a user clicks on Colorado, he or she will be greeted with video of the Rocky Mountains. Most likely, this feature will bring us together as one world with the knowledge that essentially, we are all the same in our adoration of posting self-absorbed videos of ourselves on YouTube.
