One to Watch:
Eliza Dushku
The cheerleader movie Bring It On has led to a predictable increase in searches for midriff-baring star Kirsten Dunst. What's surprising is the search surge for secondary star Eliza Dushku.
Dushku has been around a while -- she plays second fiddle to Sarah Michelle Gellar on teevee's Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Before that you may remember her as Arnold Schwarzenegger's rebellious daughter in the spy flick True Lies. But we haven't searches like this for her before.
It may be time for the studios to move Dushku up from supporting roles to star status. Last week she got as many searches as The Gap, or as dependable Web faves Heather Locklear and Bruce Lee. Keep an eye on her for the future.
Bonus fact: Dushku grew up in Watertown, Massachusetts, home of our very own website Gamesville. That's not really a vital fact, but we couldn't resist mentioning it as a point of local pride.
