Paris Hilton comes in at #1 on the Lycos 50 this week with continued news of her obsession with new boyfriend Benji Madden. Paris was in South Africa to support Madden's band Good Charlotte during a recent performance in Johannesburg. According to People Magazine, Hilton kept herself busy stopping by the Jakaranda Kinderhuis School in Petoria to sign autographs and spend time with fans.

Flying up the charts and making her first-ever appearance on the Lycos 50 landing at #2 is Ashley Alexandra Dupre, a headliner in the Eliot Spitzer scandal. Dupre is getting all the attention she can handle! First rumors of a record deal and now Joe Francis, the ex-con creator of Girls Gone Wild, has offered her $1 million for a photo shoot and a tour. According to US Magazine, Francis said in a statement, "Her face is on the cover of every newspaper in the country. It's clear that the public wants to see more of her. This is a serious offer and I hope she gets back to me right away."

Scarlett Johansson comes in at #24 as the "Win-a-date with Scarlett Johansson" contest wraps up, raising a total of $39,360. The lucky winner is from the UK and will join the blonde bombshell at the premiere of her next film "He's Just Not That Into You" in L.A. or NYC next July. All proceeds from the auction are going to the charity Oxfam. Scarlett has been involved with Oxfam since 2005 and traveled to both Sri Lanka and India last year to meet the victims affected by the 2004 Christmas Tsunami.
