One to Watch: Krista Allen Web searches for Krista Allen have doubled since February 1. Who's Krista Allen? She's an actress and (like the late Princess Diana) a former kindergarten teacher. Instead of marrying into royalty like Di, Allen moved to Hollywood and starred in the 1994 hubba-hubba film series Emmanuelle, Queen of the Galaxy -- playing "an earth woman chosen by a group of space travelers to teach them about love," according to the IMDB. (Somehow that particular credit doesn't get mentioned much in her recent biographies.) For the last few years Allen has played the "sweet and endearing" Billie Reed on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. This year she's shown up on Baywatch -- which seems the likely reason for her sudden burst of popularity. (If you know a better reason, we'd like to hear it.)
